        Platen structure:

        Three structures of rotary folded and unfolded structure, abandon auxiliary stage.All templates are operated within the platen range, to ensure stable operation.(The patent number: ZL201520108678.1 )

 

 

       

        Clean sewing:

        Machine head is with oil-free lubrication technology and rotating shuttle is with oil thread lubrication technology. Application of above two technologies has not only solved the issue of service life of machine under high-speed operation, but also avoided pollution of fabric by liquid lubricating.

 

 

        Template clamping mechanism:

        Taper clamping structure, ensure template clamping without gap, with easy operation and reduce requirements of stability of air source pressure; template is still able to compress and operate normally when air pressure declined to 0.4MPa; simple template design has greatly reduced the manufacturing cost of template.(Patent Pending).
